Any information provided to us will NOT be used for any purpose other than that for which it was intended in accordance and compliance with the data protection act. Pixacura will NOT share any of your information with anyone without your express permission. Further more Pixacura and will take steps to ensure that any information recorded will be stored as securely as possible against unauthorised access and use.

How do we obtain your details?
Pixacura obtain certain information from you when you make an enquiry (generally an email address and your name) using our contact page or if you take part in a promotional event and submit an entry there. The types of data collected are as follows:

If You do not wish to provide your information on the basis set out herein please refrain from entering your details on any part of the Pixacura Website. If the relevant information required to establish an account with Pixacura is not provided then you will not be permitted to make full use of the services provided by Pixacura.
Pixacura reserve the right to refuse or close any account at their sole discretion.
How long do we store Personal Information for?
Pixacura only retain your personal information for the length of time required for the specific purpose or purposes for which it was collected (eg: the length of a project). However, we may be obliged to store some data for a longer time, for example, where Pixacura is your authorised web developer for on going maintenance and updates or where a longer time period is required by applicable laws. If so, then we will ensure that your personal data will continue to be treated in accordance with the current Data protect regulations.
