How do we obtain your details?
Pixacura obtains certain information from you when you make an inquiry (generally an email address and your name) using our contact page or if you take part in a promotional event and submit an entry there. The types of data collected are as follows:

- Your business name and contact details
If You do not wish to provide your information on the basis set out herein please refrain from entering your details on any part of the Pixacura Website. If the relevant information required to establish an account with Pixacura is not provided then you will not be permitted to make full use of the services provided by Pixacura.
Pixacura reserves the right to refuse or close any account at its sole discretion.
How long do we store Personal Information?
Pixacura only retains your personal information for the length of time required for the specific purpose or purposes for which it was collected (eg: the length of a project). However, we may be obliged to store some data for a longer time, for example, where Pixacura is your authorised web developer for ongoing maintenance and updates or where a longer time period is required by applicable laws. If so, we will ensure that your personal data will continue to be treated per the current Data protection regulations.

IMPORTANT: We aim to ensure that all information on this site is accurate and current. However, sometimes an error can occur. If we locate an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we may cancel your order at any time up to the point we send you the product(s) (even if you have received your order confirmation email). Pixacura will contact you when we become aware of an error and ask whether you wish to continue with your order at the correct price or cancel it.
